Account and sign-in
Do I need an account?
Viewing, searching and sharing work without an account. To download, buy and use the loupe you need an account. Register under “Sign in → Register”. MMNT activates the account, then you receive an email with a sign-in link.
I am an athlete. Do I need a company?
No. Leave the company field empty. Your first and last name and your address are enough for invoices.
How do I sign in?
With email and password, or with a sign-in link by email. The link is valid for 30 minutes and works once. You can set a password under “My account → Set password”.
The sign-in link does not arrive.
Please check your spam folder and make sure the address is spelled exactly as when you registered. If that does not help, contact us via “Ask a question”.
Can colleagues use the same account?
Yes, each person gets their own login. The account administrator invites others under “My account → Invite person”. Please do not share logins.
Finding photos
How do I find photos of myself or my team?
Use the search by name, event, place or image ID. If your account is linked to your name or team, your photos appear under “My photos”. Every event can be filtered by athlete.
What is a search alert?
A saved search. When new matching photos arrive, you receive an email, hourly or once a day. Create one on the search page with “Create search alert” and manage it under “My account”.
How quickly are photos online?
At races usually shortly after the run. New galleries appear on the home page and in the monthly newsletter.
What is the lightbox?
A shortlist. Collect photos there to compare them, download a contact sheet (PDF), share them or download them together as a ZIP.
What does the loupe show?
Signed-in customers can check sharpness, bib number or logo at full resolution. Switch on “Loupe 100 %” and move over the photo, on mobile tap and drag. The loupe shows a watermarked detail.
Downloads and licenses
How do I buy a photo?
Open the photo, choose a license, add it to the cart and order by invoice. Once MMNT confirms the order, you download the original in full resolution.
Which license do I need?
For news sites “Editorial online”, for newspapers and magazines “Editorial print”. “Social media” is for athletes, clubs and federations. Advertising and sponsoring on request.
Can I download many photos at once?
Yes, as a ZIP: in the lightbox with “Download as ZIP” or in an event with “Selection as ZIP”, also filtered by athlete. Up to 200 photos per ZIP, the file stays available for 24 hours. Each photo counts as a separate download.
Why do I need billing details before downloading?
Every download can be invoiced, so each account needs a company or name, address, country and a billing email. If something is missing, the form appears under “My account”, then you return straight to the photo.
What does “embargo” mean?
Some photos may only be published from a certain time. Until then the download is locked and the photo page shows the date.
Are there crops for social media?
Athletes and federations get “Save to phone” on the photo page with 4:5, 9:16 and 1:1 formats. The crop can be adjusted first.
How long is the license valid?
Permanently for the chosen use. Every license has a verification code you can confirm under “Verify license”.
May I share photos without buying?
Yes, for viewing. “Share” creates a link with watermarked previews, valid for 14 days. Publishing requires a license.
Which credit goes with the photo?
The credit is in the photo data and on the photo page, e.g. “Kevin Voigt/MMNT”. Please use it exactly as given.
Why are my account name and a number in the photo file?
Every download carries the licensee and its own download number in the photo data. This proves where a published photo came from. Please do not remove this information.
Invoice and payment
How do I pay?
By invoice and bank transfer. The invoice comes by email with the confirmation, payable within 14 days. All invoices are also under “My account”.
Are there volume discounts or subscriptions?
From 5 photos in the cart there is 10.0 % off. Regular customers can use photo packages, season flat rates and contracts, see “Packages” or ask us.
Newsletter and privacy
How do I get the newsletter?
Once a month we send new galleries and upcoming events. Subscribe via the checkbox under “My account → Newsletter” or the link in your invitation. Unsubscribe any time via the link in every email.
Is my data shared?
No, not for advertising. Details are in the privacy policy.
